low cost house or moblie home with land to rent ot own. in Burlington, North Carolina

I am a 55 year old man on disability and have a fixed income of only $873 a month.I need to find a furnished house or mobile home with land that I can rent to own. It would have to be something with low payments that I could afford. I am on disability due to a serious back injury several years ago as well as several other health issues. I would like to find a place that I could buy in or around the Burlington NC area , because that is where my Doctors are at.I would move to any location if need be.
